The Mendocino is a sleek staircase made of steel with 1 ¼” sq tube vertical posts and 3/8”x1 1/4” flat bar horizontals. The railing is shoe mounted with an Aliphatic urethane paint coating in matte. The Mendocino makes an impressive staircase. A wood top rail is optional.
