Today, most rails and gates are mass-produced, often leading to rough finishes and ill-fitting components. At Virginia Ironworks, all of our quality rails and gates are meticulously polished and cleaned before painting to avoid cracking. Our parts and components are guaranteed to align, ensuring joint stability and longevity.

Our industrial paint
outperforms
powder-coated finishes.
At Virginia Ironworks, we paint our projects with premium two-component acrylic-modified aliphatic urethane gloss, offering outstanding chemical-abrasion resistance with excellent color and gloss retention. The cured film of this coating results in the best-baked-on finishes and provides outstanding impact and chip resistance. When appropriate, we are also certified to use Coraflon, the next generation of fluoropolymer coatings from PPG, which retains color and gloss longer than conventional coating systems. However, when low cost is imperative, we offer popular powder coating.
